As CEO of Alliance Environmental Group, Joe McLean is responsible for acquisitions, marketing, client negotiations and project management. He has more than 30 years of management experience, specializing in asbestos, mold and lead abatement as well as demolition, air-duct cleaning and emergency response.
He previously served as executive vice president for one of the country’s largest asbestos abatement contractors, where he managed sales and marketing, operations, professional staffing, and community and business seminars.
Jeff McLean has nearly 30 years of experience in the environmental industry. As president of Alliance Environmental Group, Jeff played an integral role in developing the company’s quality control department and implementing it across all offices.
He oversees all of Alliance Environmental’s branch offices, and is also responsible for cost-control, field operations, customer service, business development and sales, while still maintaining direct involvement with clients. Under his leadership, the company continues to show significant growth.
Matt is the co-founder of AIRTEK and is responsible for day to day operations and project management. Of the six video systems used by AIRTEK, Matt played a key role in in the developing and creation of Video Inspection Equipment for the inspection of 4” Diameter Dryer Duct Systems, large commercial Duct Systems and residential subterranean ducting built in cement foundations. He also helped design AIRTEK’s lightweight, 55-gallon HEPA Drum Vacuum system. He has been a NADCA West Coast Advisor for 5 years now and recognized with an award for volunteering. He volunteered for the NADCA Technical Conferences and presented a class on how to utilize Air Tools cleaning Duct Systems.
Albert has more than 20 years of experience in air quality control and environmental safety and has managed projects in duct cleaning, lead remediation, kitchen exhaust cleaning maintenance, fire damper inspections, mold remediation with infection control barriers and HVAC air handler replacements. He has also assisted with several firewall penetration installations and inspections of fire stopping in compliance with current fire codes. Albert also co-created the ECU cube that is widely used in healthcare facilities.
