Thanksgiving Means Cooking: Time to Clean Your Hood

The Thanksgiving holiday is all about cooking, eating, and getting together with friends and family. However, studies show that an estimated 14 million people dine out on Thanksgiving. An additional 16 million people order take out to supplement their meals at home.  With this increased surge in food preparation and service, it is critical to rid commercial kitchens of the accumulated grease and oil build up that is the primary cause of kitchen fires.  Kitchen exhaust cleaning, also known as hood cleaning, removes the grease that has accumulated inside ducts, hoods, fans and vents of commercial kitchens.  Therefore, Thanksgiving Time means it’s time to clean your hood!
