Sierra Madre/Klimm Apartments

The facility manager for a 6-story apartment building in San Francisco was concerned about the fire hazard associated with the building’s dryer vents. He had mentioned that he had no record of the vents ever being cleaned. Alliance’s branch manager and estimator Edward Work walked the job site and provided the estimate. Alliance accessed all areas of the dryer vent and removed approximately 25 pounds of lint and provided before, during, and after pictures of the project to the client. The fire hazard was eliminated from the dryer vents. The facility manager mentioned that he has 30 more buildings that he manages and is going to recommend dryer vent cleaning service once a year for all the buildings.
