I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with your company, Air- Tek Duct Cleaning. I chose Air- Tek after speaking with other duct cleaning services as well as the Better Business Bureau. Your representative, Fred Klingenhofer, did a wonderful job explaining the three step process used in cleaning the ducts and patiently answered all my questions. There was no pressure to schedule an appointment, only information offered. I felt the air pressure technique would be the most effective method and the qualifications of your company Mr. Klingenhofer listed gave me the most assurance. The ducts in my home were cleaned by your serviceman, Michael Burns, on March 17, 2003. Mr. Burns arrived promptly, after a phone call informing me he was on his way to my home. He was courteous, neat, thorough and, again, patiently answered my questions. He also graciously accepted the curiosity of my two year old son! I was pleased with the service and felt I had made the correct decision in choosing Air-Tek. I will definitely use your company again when the need arises.

I just wanted to write a quick note to let you know how pleased I was with your service. My real estate agent referred me to your company. The technician that was here did a very thorough job, removing the furnace blower and completely cleaning the return area and the air duct system. The last time I had this service performed by another company, the technician showed up with what looked like a shop vac in the trunk of his car and then tried to charge an extra $400, I immediately turned him away at the door.

I am writing to let you know how pleased I am with the services rendered to my home on 2/24/03 by Air -Tek. From the beginning with my call to Air-Tek that was answered by Fred Klingenhofer to Travis LaFaye who serviced my home. At first I did not have any confidence that this service would or could do much to improve the air quality of my home as well as have a positive affect on my chronic asthma. Yet my allergist continued to recommend cleaning of the ducts. Hence the call to your company, which had an ad in our local clipper magazine. Fred was able to answer all my questions and I had many. I also appreciate that he shared with me his own personal experience. It was during our conversation that I made up my mind to set a date for servicing. It was the same week with Travis. I was amazed at many of Travis's findings. One of which that had great significance to my health was a register that was not connected to the duct system and was allowing the attic insulation to freely blow into our home. This explained the layer of daily dust that accumulated in the kitchen. Then Travis discovered the duct above the refrigerator was blowing on the coils. This would lead to it being sealed. Another return date was set. Travis returned and found 2 to 4 inches of cat hair that accumulated since 1994 below the furnace. By the time Travis had left I was stunned at all he found. One interesting note, Travis mentioned that many people have commented on being able to sleep more restfully after the service. I slept for 12 hours that very night and my normal night is restless and less than 6 hours. I also appreciate that my entire home smells fresh and not perfumed as Fred had assured me.

In closing thank you for your fine employees who both definitely believe in your service and are excellent educators.

I am writing to express my appreciation for a job well done. I spoke with Steve on the phone who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the world of air duct cleaning. He told me what to ask when getting estimates and referred me to the web site of the National Air Duct Cleaning Association in Washington D.C. The technician, Scott, was also very knowledgeable and showed me all of the dust and dirt in my furnace and return area "yuck!" He did a very good job cleaning out the air duct system and then sanitized the entire system. Since the cleaning, I have noticed a lot less dust in the house and the air quality is noticeably better!!

Just wanted to give you some feedback...
Within 6 months of moving into a 35 yr old Mission Viejo house, our 15 and 8 yr olds were diagnosed with asthma and had to use daily medication. We called Air-Tek to get our ducts cleaned. The professional who arrived told us that our ducts were cardboard wrapped in insulation. We decided at once to make a second appointment to have them all removed and replaced. Your staff not only replaced all of our ducts for a reasonable price, but then cleaned the new ones! In January 2003 it will have been 2 years. We have a 17 year old Senior with NO ASTHMA and NO MEDICATION! We also have a 10 year old who had severe asthma who has not needed medication for well over a year!
